Incorporation:<\/b>
\nGrace Church is a nonprofit (501c3) corporation established under the laws
\nof the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as \u201cGrace Community Church of the
\nSusquehanna Valley.\u201d We are located at 325 Silver Spring Road,\u00a0 Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, 17050. The church
\noffice is located at: 210 Greenwich Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania,
\n17050. More information is available by viewing our bylaws.

\nAffiliation:<\/b>
\nGrace Church is an independent evangelical church.<\/p>\n
Tax Exempt Status:<\/b>
\nAs a church, Grace is qualifies as a tax exempt organization under Section
\n501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code in accordance with the terms of the
\nletter granting this beginning January 1, 2004.<\/p>\n
Governance:<\/b>
\nGrace Church is governed by a Board of Elders that are elected by the
\ncongregation at its Annual Meeting. Each Elder serves for a 1-year term.
\nThe pastor-teacher also an elder and serves as long as he holds his position
\nas pastor of the church. The corporation has several offices that are filled
\nyearly by members of the Board of Elders.<\/p>\n
Finances:<\/b>
\nGrace Church\u2019s finances are managed by a combination of the church
\nTreasurer, Financial Secretary, and Elders who carefully handle all the
\ngifts given to the Lord\u2019s work. The church books are audited every year by
\nan independent accountant firm.<\/p>\n
Budget<\/b>
\nGrace Church manages its finances in accordance with an annual budget
\nwhich is approved by the Board of Elders and presented to the church at
\nthe Annual Meeting. The church\u2019s budget year coincides with the calendar
