The military brought me to do different places in the U.S.\u2014Texas, Georgia, California\u2014as well as places around the world: two deployments to Iraq, one in Turkey.<\/p>\n<p>February 20th, 2011 was the biggest day of my life, the day God saved me from Sin and Death. Years of addictions, pursuing sin had all ended the moment I called on Jesus to save me. I was alive.<\/p>\n<p>Having an insatiable desire to grow and to become a pastor, I finished my contract with the Army, packed my bags and flew to Louisville, Kentucky to attend Boyce College and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. I spent the next five and a half years earning a BA and M.Div in biblical and theological studies.<\/p>\n<p>My beloved wife, Margie Brown, and I have been blessed to have two daughters: Genesis and Selah.
