This page gives you information about the business side of our church.

Incorporation:
Grace Church is a nonprofit (501c3) corporation established under the laws
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as “Grace Community Church of the
Susquehanna Valley.” We are located at 325 Silver Spring Road,  Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, 17050. The church
office is located at: 210 Greenwich Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania,
17050. More information is available by viewing our bylaws.

Affiliation:
Grace Church is an independent evangelical church.

Tax Exempt Status:
As a church, Grace is qualifies as a tax exempt organization under Section
501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code in accordance with the terms of the
letter granting this beginning January 1, 2004.

Governance:
Grace Church is governed by a Board of Elders that are elected by the
congregation at its Annual Meeting. Each Elder serves for a 1-year term.
The pastor-teacher also an elder and serves as long as he holds his position
as pastor of the church. The corporation has several offices that are filled
yearly by members of the Board of Elders.

Finances:
Grace Church’s finances are managed by a combination of the church
Treasurer, Financial Secretary, and Elders who carefully handle all the
gifts given to the Lord’s work. The church books are audited every year by
an independent accountant firm.

Budget
Grace Church manages its finances in accordance with an annual budget
which is approved by the Board of Elders and presented to the church at
the Annual Meeting. The church’s budget year coincides with the calendar
year.
